Great Addition
This was a planned purchase for about 2-3 years and we finally got the renovations started this February to accommodate this fireplace. We planned to open up the entire first floor and install the fireplace in the living room, letting it supplement the existing heating system and make the whole first floor cozy. This unit has exceeded our expectations so far. Since installing it in early October, we have enjoyed it many evenings and many mornings... what an addition. It is a large fireplace and puts out a fair amount of heat with the flame set on low and the blower fan speed on low, as well. I would say that it might be too much heat output with the blower fan on high, it really heats up the first floor nicely. It was straightforward to install and I give it full marks for quality. Very pleased.

Wonderful double-sided Insert
We busted out a wall and had our original gas insert changed to this double sided unit. It arrived quickly, delivery was quick and easy, and the unit is high quality and beautiful. My contractor said that it was very easy to install. We are so happy with our purchase!

Empire Tahoe Premium Fireplace
This fireplace insert turned out to be a good choice. The application for our customers needs was pretty spot on. It shipped to our company on a pallet which meant for a secure delivery. Its construction was a quality build. The only draw back that we found, was the instructions. The manual is very general for many styles, which made for a more cumbersome set up and programming. However overall we were very pleased with our

Good fireplace, good price
Unit is beautiful. Installation went easily and quickly. Pricing, shipping, and delivery from efireplace.com was reasonable, timely, and went smoothly. If needed, I would definitely consider buying another Empire Fireplace again.

Very happy with the product
This item has been a pleasant surprise. I was worried about the remote control functioning properly, but it is functioning over my expectations. I really like the thermostat function in the remote that will turn the unit on when the temperature in the room drops below the set temperature. I did some price shopping before I purchased the unit and this unit provided a lot of value for the money I spent.

Great deal
The fireplace was delivered quickly, came undamaged and the installation was relatively simple. The remote control functions are great, we use the "thermostat" function of the unit to warm up our house.

LOOKS GREAT, FEELS GREAT
Everything we hoped it would be. Installed easily, with a lot of help from my HVAC pro neighbor next door. Looks great and puts a lot of heat into the room. Natural gas bill for January, total house, $56,00. Great investment.
