If you need more for your horizontal run, then you would need to use rigid pipe and also consult your manual for any needed rise for that length.

No, ventless fireboxes do not have a flue collar to accept vent pipe. They should not be modified to do so.

The design of the cap provides enough clearance for a siding shield to not be needed.

Do you need a siding standoff for this product as well?

This particular kit includes the standoff as an integral component of the termination. As such, an additional standoff is not required.

Relatively easy to install.
As the "headline" stated this items was relatively easy to install. The inside ducting was a bit tight for the outside "wall cap" connection. Make sure to "dry fit" all the items before assembly, and make the necessary adjustments.
