Sassafras is a fun word - so add some fun to your fireplace by adding the Empire 24" Sassafras Refractory Ventless Propane Gas Log Set and Intermittent Slope Glaze Burner. This ventless gas burner and log set provide realistic flames, lifelike logs, and a fuel-saving intermittent pilot including a thermostat variable remote control. Requiring 26 1/2" middle width, this propane burner will provide lots of fun and warmth to your home, generating a maximum BTU output of 36,000. So don't pass by this propane burner from Empire today!
Please Note: The fireplace's Middle Width must be at least 26.5 Inches and the Depth must be at least 14 Inches for this gas log set to fit. You can calculate the middle width of your firebox by measuring the width (left to right) approximately half way back in the firebox. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect size gas log set.

Does this include a millivolt burner?
No, this set includes the "intermittent" burner, which a battery-powered electronic ignition system with a variable flame thermostat remote. You can find this same log set with the millivolt burner (standing pilot ignition, no remote included) here.

Excellent Flames & Heat! But Placement is Tricky
The gas logs look fantastic and provide great heat. However, the instructions would be much better if the logs were numbered to match the placement diagram. This would make the setup much easier.
