What room size does it heat? Does it have a built-in thermostat that will cycle the unit on and off or will that require a separate remote thermostat? Can a blower be added?
This heater would heat about 1,000 square feet, but that number can vary based on several factors of home construction. A separate thermostat is required but blowers are not compatible with most vent-free models. This model does not have a blower option.

Does this product have a glass front or doors?
No, this vent-free gas fireplace, as with any such traditional-style unit, does not offer glass doors because air must be able to circulate in the firebox at all times. This fireplace has a fixed screen front.
