This fireplace includes a frame, but it will only provide less than an inch of coverage around the perimeter. For additional coverage, you will need to have one fabricated by a local machine shop.

Most all fireplaces may be installed in this fashion, so long as the corner framing dimensions are followed. For this model, these instructions are found on page 6 of the installation manual.
