It's equipped with remote-ready millivolt controls and a reliable standing/piezo igniter. In addition to this natural gas model, a propane model is available. The Vail 20,000 BTU fireplace measures 30-1/4" high by 26" wide and 13-1/8" deep. It requires framing dimensions of 30-3/" high by 30-1/2" wide and 13-1/4" deep. Empire includes a 5-year limited warranty.

I have purchased the Empire Vail fireplace and am awaiting it's arrival. I plan on building it into the wall and be about 15 inches off the floor with no hearth. I see it comes with a three-piece trim kit, but how do I finish to the bottom side with sheet
No matching bottom trim section is available for the black 3-sided frame included with the fireplace. There is a matching bottom trim section for the 3-sided hammered pewter frame.
