The Empire VFP24FP70L10N Vail Vent-Free Fireplace is a 24 inch vent-free fireplace from Empire. The small size and vent free construction make this a great option for smaller homes or tight spaces. The fireplace comes with hand-painted, realistic looking ceramic logs, and a black frame complete with louvers to direct the heat. At 10,000 BTU, this fireplace is perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere in a small room, and supplementing the existing heating system in your home. The fireplace comes with an intermittent pilot light that is powered by a battery backup in case of power outages.

Corner Fireplace, limited options and this worked
I am happy with this product, it works very well. What was a little disappointing was installing the options that I bought with the fireplace. I ordered a blower and a remote start with the fireplace. The blower was not hard to install, but it took more time that I would have expected. The remote start did not have good directions on how to install it. I ended up calling the factory, and did get EXCELLENT support on how to wire the remote start. But, it should have come with better directions.
I will say the buying process, shipment, and quality were very good.
