Yes, the Dimplex 23 Inch Standard Log Set Electric Fireplace Insert is returnable, subject to eFireplaceStore's return policy. To initiate a return, you must request a return authorization via their Online Returns Form within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that the refund will be reduced by the outbound shipping costs eFireplaceStore incurred and a restocking fee. You will also be responsible for return shipping expenses. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Refunds are processed once the returned item is verified as being in good, resalable condition by the warehouse. Items that are defective or damaged will be handled through the warranty or a carrier claim process, rather than a standard return.

We purchased this insert for our wood burning fireplace it arrived damaged and from our first request for placing a warranty claim the customer service department kept us in the loop regarding the status of our claim. We did receive the replacement glass that was damaged during shipping and are pleased with the insert, it’s look and the ease of setup.
