This unit does not come with a glass front, but there are some optional accessories available on the product page.

This appliance does not come with a cord. This appliance is designed to be direct-wired to either 110v or 240v electrical circuit.

No, a door is not required and it is an optional accessory if desired. The unit is shipped to be a hard-wired model, but you can add a separately-purchased 120V plug kit for a standard outlet.

Realistic. Looks just like the picture. Initially there was a "squeak"/noise. However, it went away on its own after a couple of days. It went away before we had a chance to call about it. Very happy with the purchase.
