Ordered by phone and great customer service. Product arrived in 2 days in good condition with no damage. We had ordered 4 other fireplaces from a local company and all 4 came in damaged. E-Fireplace store was prompt and without damage. Fireplace was hard wired and blower worked when installed. Smelled wires burning and opened up unit and found wires laying against a light bulb. Wires were melted and blower no longer works. Fireplace insert was installed with rock against unit and cannot be remove to repair. Have added remote control unit and glass front.

Unit looks good and was shipped without damage.
Cons
Internal wiring laying on light bulb melted wires. Cannot adjust flame even with remote.
