Drolet's website lists this unit at a maximum of 75,000 btu, and lists the heating area of 500 to 2,100 sq ft. This is all dependent on the wood type, moisture content of the wood, and the amount of fuel loaded into the firebox.

A Fantastic Cookstove Value
This stove has a huge firebox, oven, and heat output. The oven thermometer is accurate and baking temps are reached quickly, which is great for baking. The stovetop also works really well. I highly recommend this stove!
