With self-regulated combustion this unit can easily ignite. The automated air supply and flame adjustment systems will sync with your thermostat to offer you the safety you expect in Drolet. This furnace is an ideal central wood-heating system. So keep warm this winter thanks to Drolet.
Venting Requirements: This item requires a chimney with 6" inner diameter.

How does this unit work if your power is out for a few days?
This is directly from the installation manual: To reduce the risk of overheating during a prolonged power outage (more than 10 minutes), the combustion air controls will be closed automatically. If your furnace is equipped with an optional filter, remove the air filter to improve the circulation of air around the combustion chamber of the furnace. Do not load the furnace more than 50 percent of its capacity to prevent the risk of overheating.

Great Wood Furnace for Even Heat and Easy Operation
