Yes, this appliance will still operate (without the blower function) in the case of a power outage.

What warranty is included free of charge with this item? Where can I go for warranty service if needed?
The manufacturer's included warranty is listed on page 69 of this manual. Warranty service would have to be performed through the nearest Empire dealer to you. Warranty claims for parts, etc. can be submitted through our store, to the manufacturer.
