No, this mantel is only suitable for use with the Empire VFD26FP model fireplaces.

Will this fit a Desa model CGCF26TP propane fireplace?
The unit will fit inside of the mantel, but there will be a lot of space to fill around the unit. Your fireplace's framing specs are listed at 26 7/8" W x 26 7/8" H x 10" D in the original manual. The mantel's opening is 30 1/4" W x 30 5/8" H.
