Will this work with Kozy Heat propane fireplaces?
This remote will not work as a replacement for a Kozy Heat fireplace with a split-flow burner. It will only allow half of the burner to ignite.

This remote is not compatible with Lopi units. Lopi uses a proprietary version of the ProFlame 2 system called GreenSmart.

New remote fixed my problem
My gas fireplace has functioned flawlessly for about4 years but when I turned it on this fall, the thermostat function wouldn't work. I could turn the fireplace off and on remotely but the thermostat function was missing from the menu. I called and talked to a very nice tech who was quite sure the remote was the problem. He sold me a new one. It arrived a few days later, After pairing it with the controller, my fireplace is once again performing perfectly.
