It's CSA certified and mobile home approved, but the best part is that it can be installed virtually anywhere without the hassle of venting. Since it's fueled by natural gas or propane, you get to choose which option is best for you. It comes with two protective barriers and includes a thermostat variable remote control, multicolor programmable LED lighting, an extension kit to mount lighting controls up to six feet away, a non-combustible board, and a battery relocation kit. You can't find a better deal with this level of quality.

They do not convert to close off one of the viewing areas. They make this unit in a single-sided version, but they cannot be converted.
