I would recommend this item to a friend.
Great fireplace
This fireplace was a perfect combination for my family room remodel. The only thing that could be better is the installation instructions are not totally clear and leave some details out as to hooking up the wall switch and a few other details
The blower is also louder than I expected but overall the fireplace is great and heats up the entire first floor in minutes. I would definitely recommend a thermostat. I also wired the built-in plug through a switch so that the blower can be turned off if the noise is disturbing
Wall switch or remote control is essential for ease of lighting the unit
I would definitely recommend the liner as well. It really changes the looks from a black firebox to a custom built-in unit
