Is this a stainless steel 8 inch inner diameter double wall pipe with an 11 inch outer diameter? And how long is it?

This part is a 12" length of the 8DM model chimney pipe, which is only for use with specific DESA, FMI, or Superior woodburning fireplaces. The pipe has an 8" inside diameter with a 12 3/8" outside diameter.
