- Castable Refractory Cement
- Case of 24 - 1/2 lb. tubs
This AW Perkins Castable Refractory cement is a ready mixed mortar that can be used for setting, coating, or resurfacing fire brick. This cement is also used extensively as the mortar between fire bricks when building fire boxes, and is an ideal sealant for masonry - to - masonry joints under 1/ 4 in. thick. This castable refractory cement comes in 6 - 1/2 gallon tubs, and must be heat cured, after which it can withstand 2,000 degree temperatures, and cures to a buff color.
