Grand Canyon 30 Inch Weathered Oak Vent Free Propane Gas Log Set and Burner - Electronic Ignition

To start, these were replacement logs for a set we previously had purchased from Real Fyre. These are more realistic and beautiful at a comparable (and somewhat better) price. The detail of the logs is unmatched and much better quality than what we had purchased from Real Fyre. The burner is also a big upgrade on our previous one, and I dont feel that pictures do it justice in regards to the realism. This is about as close as you can get to a wood fireplace without the hassle. Cannot recommend them enough!!

First and foremost dealing with eFireplaceStore's order process from talking with a technician to receiving the product earlier than expected, to getting a competitive credit after I purchased was a 5 STAR experience. I gave the log set 4 STARs because when I set it up I noticed that the right side of the flame did not look right. When I took the set apart I found that most of the holes on the burner were painted over. It was very easy to clear them with a toothpick and a small phillips head screwdriver and the burner was working as it should. The log set looks great but the burner should have never left the factory in that condition or they would have received 5 STARs.
