Very nice log set but had an issue
First and foremost dealing with eFireplaceStore's order process from talking with a technician to receiving the product earlier than expected, to getting a competitive credit after I purchased was a 5 STAR experience.
I gave the log set 4 STARs because when I set it up I noticed that the right side of the flame did not look right. When I took the set apart I found that most of the holes on the burner were painted over. It was very easy to clear them with a toothpick and a small phillips head screwdriver and the burner was working as it should. The log set looks great but the burner should have never left the factory in that condition or they would have received 5 STARs.
Pros
Shipping prep was exceptional. 2 boxes arrived strapped to a skid delivered by FedEx Freight in perfect condition.
Instructions were adequate for me to set up the log set after I had an HVAC licensed person install the burner.
Love the remote start and shut off and powering down of the pilot light with the press of one button. Very much worth the investment.
Log set burned off quickly and now there are ZERO odors just great looks and efficiency.
It is an absolutely beautiful fire giving off warmth and comfort at the same time.
Cons
The remote to set the flame height doesn't leave a lot of room for adjustment. If should be refined so there is more control of the flame.
