I would recommend this item to a friend.
Did it's Job
I had an on demand water heater that we installed in an addition. We pulled propane directly from the tank going through the master regulator but the pressure was to much for the water heater, it required a secondary unit which is what purchased. Hooked it up and viola! Hot water!!
Worked perfectly.
