For those whose preferred style leans toward traditional, this impressive black, cabinet-style, mesh doors - model GV60BK from the Majestic Grand Vista series - offer you the very best aesthetically and functionally. The doors have a beautiful, black trim that complements the simple, stunning brick design of the Biltmore fireplace, as well as mesh screens that accentuate the fire's crackling warmth and beauty. Adding theseGrand Vista black mesh doors is sure to enhance the appeal of your home.
WARNING: This part is designed to be used with a product that operates with one of the following fuel sources: liquid propane, natural gas, wood, or wood pellets. What is the mesh made of? Do you have a picture of the doors on a fireplace? Do you make a freestanding screen for the BILT42?
Majestic does not publish the mesh or frame material for the Grand Vista door kits. We are sorry we do not have that detail on hand.
For images of the doors on a fireplace, the Grand Vista installation instructions include a completed installation figure showing the doors mounted in place: Grand Vista Mesh Doors Installation Instructions. The Majestic Biltmore brochure also shows a Biltmore fitted with Grand Vista mesh doors in black: Majestic Biltmore Brochure. The images on our listing show the doors on their own.
Majestic does not offer a freestanding screen for the Majestic 42 Inch Biltmore Wood Burning Firebox (BILT42). The BILT42 comes with a firescreen. The only door and screen accessories Majestic lists for the BILT36 and BILT42 are the bi-fold glass doors (DM8042 in black, DM8042-S in stainless steel) and these Grand Vista cabinet-style mesh doors (model GV80BK for the 42-inch unit).
If you are looking for a decorative freestanding screen that simply sits in front of the fireplace opening, we carry a wide selection. These screens are sized to the fireplace opening, not the fireplace model. Excellent Cover for My Grand Vista - Looks Great!
This cover is fantastic and has a really nice fabric feel, much better than a cheap plastic. It fits my Grand Vista perfectly and even makes it feel like a charming little table when I'm enjoying my morning tea.
