Designed specifically for the Majestic Intellifire systems, this remote comes with a docking station as well and has fan control functionality. With an easy-to-read display, this control will make the use of your Intellifire that much easier.

What should I expect as battery life on this device?
Quality batteries, such as Duracell, new from the package, should typically last 3-6 months before needing to be changed. This may be lessened if the appliance operates strictly on battery power and is not connected to a 110v AC power source. Please refer to the installation manual for your specific appliance for the correct power source connection.

Easy Remote Control
I installed the IFT-RC400 on our Heat&Glo fireplace. It only took about 45 minutes to install; most of the time was removing and reinstalling the glass in the fireplace. Installation was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. We set the thermostat to come on to keep our family room at a comfortable temperature without our heat pump running continuously. We have another fireplace in our lower level and I will be ordering another RC400 for that area.

Works great and is easy to install
Cons
Remote selections are small and easy to 'fatfinger'. I use my fingernail to make selections and have no issues.
