Outstanding service and product
We positively love our new fireplace. It works well. It was easy to set up, nice to look at and puts out plenty of heat. Go ahead and get the remote and flame height control. The product arrived on time and was packaged perfectly. The fireplace was a cinch to install and instructions very clear on log placement. I can’t say enough good stuff about both the fireplace and the experience of purchasing it from efireplacestore.
