I have a Monessen Hearth system model number DVB 20 (natural gas) that is 20+yrs old. Pilot light won't stay lit. Should I change out pilot assembly and see if that is the problem? Do you have this part?
1 Answer
We do not have these available, but, yes, a change of pilot assembly may indeed rectify this issue.

I have a Monessen Natural Blaze NB24N8C natural gas fireplace set that is 5 years old. I am receiving a blinking green light every 2 seconds error code. I believe this code indicates a pilot lockout. I cleaned the flame sensor but that did not help. What part or parts do I need to replace to fix?
1 Answer
It appears you may need a replacement pilot assembly.
