Monessen makes it possible to achieve the brick look that is cost effective. Their cottage clay ceramic fiber firebrick is not only beautiful but it is also easy to install. Simply purchase this liner and in no time you will have the look of a true masonry fireplace. If you have DFX24 or DBX24 fireplace systems, this liner is ideal for your needs. Can this be cleaned with water?

This could be cleaned with water. The easiest way would be to clean it with a damp washcloth.

Can you burn wood with this product?
    1 Answer
Unfortunately, no. These panels are made of lightweight ceramic fiber wafer board and can only be exposed to the heat of a gas fireplace. Using them in a wood burning unit will cause them to deteriorate rapidly.
