Can it be used with a Monessen Sundance SD30NV?

No. The Sundance SD30NV stove uses the FK28 fan kit.

I have a natural gas vent-less Monessen Artisan See-Thru AVFLST42 with remote control. Which forced air blowers do you sell will work with this unit?

Like many other linear ventless gas fireplaces, the Monessen AVFLST42 isn't compatible with a blower.Â

Is this Monessen variable thermostat control blower always "on" or can it be turned "on & off" too?

This blower can indeed be turned on and off with the variable speed switch that is included. The motor is activated via a thermodisc (temperature switch/heat sensor), but it can be manually overridden by the rheostat.
