What is the efficiency rating of this GDIX4? Can it operate without power in an emergency?
The efficiency rating of this unit is 66% and this unit can turn off/on and adjust flame height through the battery powered receiver during a power outage. However, you will not be able to work the blower or night light features.

The "steady state" efficiency for the Oakville X4 is 66.23%. Steady state is a rating of the appliance after it has gone through its warm-up period.
