The must upgrade for older Primo grills
I was long over due for replacing my hinge. I thought about the same style I had but once the new hinge was introduced, I had to get it. It is well worth the price. My XL feels like my old JR model it’s so light now. It also seals perfect so my gasket will last longer. If you are in the market for a new hinge, get it from efireplace. Best total package on the net.

Once installed, easy to use. New locking clips for the dome.
Cons
Watch the video from Empire prior to doing the install, better than the instructions that come with it.
