Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
David
from Missouri asked:
Can you get a PGHLXL hinge and handle set for a pre-2015 Primo XL 400? What is the price and availability?
Yes, we can supply that kit. The Primo Hinge and Handle Kit for X-Large Grills with Non Looped Bands (PGHLXL) is currently $274.00 and is in stock, shipping the same business day. This kit includes the hinge, bands, and handle with older, straight-edge end bands, and is designed for Primo Extra Large grills. While we don't have specific production year data to definitively link the looped versus non-looped band style to pre-2015 models, the alternative is the looped band kit (PGHXL), which is also $274.00. If you can provide a photo of the ends of the bands on your current hinge, our team can help you determine the correct version before you order.
