Worth every penny...
I ordered two of these for some elderly clients...I have to admit that I struggled to install them because both gas lines were on the left side of the fire place and the valve can only be installed on the right hand side of the burner. My clients were very happy with the ability to control their fireplace without having to get on their hands and knees to turn on the valve and light the fire.

Excellent Product and Excellent Service!
I ordered the 24" American Oak Vented Natural Gas Logs Set and received it within a week. Instructions were easy to follow and everything went together nicely. Unfortunately, one of the smaller logs was broken in shipment. With a bit of trepidation, I contacted your company and without any hesitation, I was assured that a replacement would be sent out shortly. I just received it today, and now my log set is complete! I really couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My family and I enjoyed a beautiful fire over the Thanksgiving holiday.

I had great guidance and advice from my salesperson.
So easy to order and delivery was prompt. I selected this particular unit from the knowledge of my salesperson. She would be unable to light the fireplace on her own due to arthritis and back pain. This unit works great. Simple to use, On or Off remote control. She was also elated on the overall appearance of the fire and the amount of heat ii emits. Warms the whole room. Great choice.

Much Assembly Required
I like the way these gas logs and embers look; they are very realistic. The only down side is the assembly its not as easy as I had hoped. Having some experience installing gas logs would help.
