Easy install, exactly what we needed
We were selling a house and needed a replacement gas logs set quickly to replace our non-working set before closing. This came with everything needed to change out the old set so I didn't have to try to figure out all the different components. My husband got it switched out very quickly and it works great!

Excellent Gas Log Choice
I spent a lot of time researching gas log options before selecting the Real Fyre brand and have not been disappointed in the selection. The installation was associated with converting a wood burning fireplace to gas logs as part of a Christmas present. During my research I found that the eFireplace Store website provided the best source of information of all the sites that I visited and the prices were extremely competitive. Manuals were readily available for review and I felt very well informed when I finally decided on the Real Fyre brand. As a result of this being a Christmas present, I was very concerned about the delivery making it on time. The set actually arrived ahead of schedule and was in good condition. Installation was relatively simple and the instructions were extremely clear. Everything worked as described in the manuals on the first attempt. The result was a very happy gift recipient! The appearance of the gas logs is exceptional. The only add on that I would suggest is to purchase lava to surround the gas log set. It really compliments the installation and adds to the realism. My fireplace a size that comfortably accommodates a 24" set and 10lbs of lava worked out perfectly for coverage. I would highly recommend the eFireplace Store and the Real Fyre brand for a trouble-free experience.

Easy to install
I was able to install this easily. It puts out good heat. Only issue is that that gas valve on the right take alot of space so I was not able to center the grate in the fireplace

Excellent quality log set
Excellent service and good price.I needed a see through log set. They had what I needed and I placed the order. Got immediate confirmation which is normal, but I received a shipped notice with tracking number within a business day of placing the order. What was really remarkable was that the order arrived much more quickly than I expected. Everything was there and I had little problems installing the unit. The log set looks great from both sides and the burning embers look realistic.

From wood to gas
I purchased the 16" Golden Oak vented log set, I received it in 6 days. It took me and my wife about an hour to install this unit. It says you need to purchase an AV-17 or AV18 valve kit so I did but there was an AV-18 in the log kit that came with the logs, wish they had let me know this before I purchased the valve kit separately. Anyway that night I lit it and in 4-5 minutes the room was nice and warm and I was amazed at how real this gas kit looks when lit. I love it and now I will see what my gas bill does using this every night, no more wet logs, bringing in unwanted insects and spiders, or dealing with the wood that did not get burned at the end of the season so happy we went this way and we got the best deal here with eFireplace.com I highly recommend these folks great job.

Much Better Than the Competition
Our previous gas log set was woefully inadequate when it came to realism and general quality of construction. This new set is unbelievable realistic and natural, and the logs feel like they will last for a very long time. I can't wait until winter finally arrives!

Very realistic looking fire. Nice! Be aware gas injection nozzle can be moved to either right or left side depending on your firebox gas feed (I called company to confirm since installation instructions did not say it could be). Be sure to order a log set as big as will fit in your firebox. Online size- selection process got us one a little too small for room actually available in our firebox.

Very realistic looling fire! Be aware gas feed injection fitting can be switched for either right or left side firebox gas feed. I called company to conform before I moved it. Two complaints; onlinwould be more so if burner pan made embers glow in area off the ends of the logs, and not stop at edges, like bleacher seats.
