The Real Fyre G45 Triple T Burner is a specialized gas logs burner that is similar to most high end gas log burners but adds an extra "T" shaped front burner which accentuates front ember presentation and adds depth to the flame, while maximizing warmth. With this cutting edge G45 burner, you will enjoy a more realistic looking fireplace by having an additional small row of front flames and more glowing embers. This is a vented gas log set that must be installed in a fully vented wood burning fireplace. With vented gas logs, you'll enjoy a large, realistic-looking flame that operates with an open chimney flue, or damper. These logs, which simulate a wood-burning fire, are the most realistic type of gas logs but, just like real fires, lose some of the generated heat up the chimney. Vented gas log sets are the most popular type of gas logs sold. Professional installation is recommended. Sets include handcrafted logs, custom grate, Real-Fyre Burner System, Granules (sand or vermiculite), Glowing Embers, grate clips/log locators, pan/connector kit and damper clamp. This gas log set comes with a Manual Safety Pilot Kit. The manual safety pilot is the most basic safety pilot. It is a standing pilot light which stays lit indefinitely. To light the log set or to turn the flame up and down, you simply turn the knob on the pilot kit. This knob is located on the actual pilot kit which is attached to the burner system. |

Aesthetically pleasing warmth addition
I initially intended on using trendy but rather glacial fireglass for this project, but thankfully opted for the clean, contemporary look of the white birch set to add a bit of warmth to this visually cold appearing room, & am very pleased with all aspects of this purchase.

Just like a great rug, it really ties the room together. The logs look great and very real. The embers underneath glow like it's actually on fire.

Nice set. Delivery was timely.
Nice looking set. Easy to install although not all parts fit in place easily. Had to do minor adgustments to make log basket fit in place. So far used it a couple of times and seems to work properly. Did not come with lava rocks. It was an optional item but should have been included at that price!

Needed some adjustment to fit log basket on top of fire pan. Log set box did not come with log placement positions instructions. Had to look up on website. For the price sold it should have come complete with lava rocks.

Pleased Overall, a Few Issues
We had this gas log set installed in our existing wood burning fireplace and have been pleased at the way it eliminates downdrafts, which we used to have trouble with. We're happy with the logs, but you should be aware of a few small issues: (1) You can't use the mounting tabs when you install it because they interfere with the control knob and ignitor button. (2) We thought that the control knob and its shaft were of poor quality--kind of cheap. (3) We had trouble figuring out how to install the grate over the burner correctly. Like I say, though, overall we're very pleased now that it's installed.
