You can't find an easier or more efficient means of operating your stove than using a Drolet Digital Wall Thermostat. A thermostat helps you monitor the stove's temperature and turn the heat on or off without having to manually adjust the stove itself.
This particular thermostat fits Drolet Eco-65, Eco-45, and Eco-35 pellet stoves, but it also fits most other gas and pellet appliances that have a thermostatic feature. It comes with 30 feet of millivolt wire and uses a 24V current, making installation and setup a snap.

It does depend on the model year on the P-22. If it is a newer (2010+), then that will work.
