Is this adapter made to fit directly into an existing 14 clay tile chimney flue and transition to 6 or 7 round b-vent?

No, the purpose of this adaptor is to transition from masonry chimney to 14" inside diameter class A stainless steel chimney. It is made specifically for select Stone Age models.
