Since you have both propane and natural gas conversion kits, I assume it comes with neither one. So, with that said, do you install the fittings before shipping the unit?
The appliance is set up at the factory for use with Natural Gas. There is a conversion kit available to convert to Propane if needed. The Propane to Natural Gas kit on our site is for the customers that have their unit set for Propane and then later need to switch to Natural Gas when their neighborhood installs Natural Gas, which is very common in new developments.
