Unfortunately, your existing 12-inch pipe cannot be used to vent the DRL2000 series direct vent models. The DRL2000 series requires the SecureVent pipe, which has a 4.5-inch inside diameter and a 7.5-inch outside diameter. This pipe can run inside the 12", and, in fact, there is a flexible vent option to do just that.

We chose natural gas, with turquoise fireglass. The flames dancing on the fire glass looks beautiful in our living room! The Superior Variable Speed Blower really kicks out the heat. The LCD Superior remote with thermostatic control so easily to operarate. After the holidays , the contractor will paint the surface of the enclose, install live edge mantel and the decorative surround around the fireplace.
