Venting Requirements: This item requires a chimney with 4.5" inner diameter.

This fireplace utilizes an air shutter for fuel/air ratio adjustment. You can view this on page 48 of this installation manual.

From the floor(or platform) where the fireplace is to sit, you would need a minimum of 60" to the window. This is the absolute minimum dimension need.
