Is this fireplace stainless steel? Are gas logs included? What is the finished height?

This is just the firebox with no logs. The logs and burner would need to be purchased separately. The overall finished height of this fireplace is 50".

When installing this fireplace, can the frame of the housing for it and the fireplace structure be built from wood or does it need to be built from stone/metal?

This unit does not require metal studs for its framed enclosure. Wood studs are perfectly acceptable.
