This wood burning fireplace has a smooth face and a deluxe textured terracotta refractory brick liner in a herringbone pattern. It is designed to have a large, custom masonry look with no smoke shelf. The brick to brick face design makes the interior sheet metal invisible. The firebox has full insulation and the unit uses only Superior 12" venting. There is a 25-year manufacturer's warranty. The framing dimensions are 45-1/4" W x 58-1/8" H x 28-1/2" D and the firebox dimensions are 36" FW x 29" BW x 30" H x 26-5/8" D.
Venting Requirements: This item requires a chimney with 12" inner diameter.
Please Note: This model is a direct replacement to the previously available FMI Georgian 36" Smooth Faced Woodburning Fireplace G36H.

Can this be installed in a flush hearth application? The floors are polished concrete, and we would like the transition from floor to fireplace to be relatively seamless.
Yes, this can be installed directly on the concrete floor. The hearth extension is required only when installing on a combustible surface.

The clearances for this unit are 1 1/2" from the back and sides and 0" to the top of the spacers set on the unit.

Efficient & Warm: A Great Fireplace!
This fireplace burns wood very cleanly, producing minimal smoke. It does a fantastic job retaining heat, providing consistent warmth throughout the room.
