Is this the sturdiest screen you carry? I'm concerned with it tipping over and would appreciate a recommendation as to the most stable one.
    1 Answer
In general, 3-panel screens tend to be the most stable variety of spark guard. Free standing and 4-panel screens are much easier to tip, and the end panels of a 4-panel screen do not have the depth and stability of a 3-panel. The Pilgrim line of fireplace screens that we carry tend to be the most heavily constructed. Pilgrim uses more solid steel in the construction of their screens, as opposed to hollow tubing. Because of the extra weight, their products are the most stable.

How big a fireplace screen should I get if the opening is 50 inches?
    1 Answer
The fireplace screen should be a minimum of 50 inches. The opening of your fireplace should be completely covered by the screen.

    Great Service
The screen arrived very quickly and was well packaged to protect the screen. It was exactly as described and pictured on their site. Actually, the screen looks even better at my fireplace than expected. If you want something simple and graceful, don't hesitate. I think it would work with almost any style.
