Do you have, or can you make, an arched or square screen that is either 40" to 49" high?

We do not have any screens tall enough to cover your opening, nor do we custom-make screens with the exception of rectangular-shaped, single-panel screens.

We are a memory care community looking for a screen we can mount to the sides of our gas fireplace to prevent anyone reaching in or putting items in the fireplace. Is there room around the edge to put some sort of device to fasten it to the wall without squashing the mesh part?

There will be a small section of black trim that may allow you to fashion some sort of bracket to hold the screen in place, but a flat, single panel screen would likely work much better for this purpose.

What are the full dimensions of this spark guard?

Per the manufacturer, this screen measures 6 inches deep at the base, is 44 inches in width, and 33 inches in height. It will taper inward approximately 4 inches from the edge of each side and 8 inches from the top.

My Mistake
It probably is always wise to measure first before ordering. I thought this was going to fit my new fireplace, and it did horizontally, but it was not tall enough to doa good job. I gave it to a family member and they have not had any complaints.
