This Ventis All-Fuel Chimney Galvalume 4/12 Pitch Custom Peak Vented Flashing - 5 Inch Inner Diameter is a solid choice for keeping your venting system in good shape. Built with galvalume, it offers great protection against rust and weather, outlasting galvanized steel in many tough spots. It's designed to fit a 4/12 roof pitch and has a vented design that works well with Ventis Class-A venting systems. Plus, it comes with a t-collar to help seal things up nicely.
