Minuteman offers a great fireplace tool set that includes a stand, shovel, broom, ton, and poker. All these tools are made from heavy solid brass or steel to insure durability and proper balance. The heavy base is built with even weight to prevent your stand from leaning or tipping over. Also each handle is made to fit in the hand and is permanently bonded to the pole so it will not loosen. The tongs and shovel are easily manipulated and generously proportioned to ensure the best usage.

I do not recommend using this type of tool set outdoors, as the finish will not withstand the elements and will corrode over time.
