With starter pipe for natural gas, do I need a mixing chamber or will the pipe work properly with just the burner holes?
    By Will M. on May 30, 2017

Natural gas log lighters will have an injector to mix fuel and not an adjustable air mixer.

I have a wood stove Is there a fire starter product for this?
By Collin C. - NFI Master Hearth Professional on March 4, 2014

Both the AW Perkins Fire Starters - 24 Squares Per Box and the SBI Fire Lighting Gel - 16 Ounce Container are safe for use in a wood stove. Fatwood is not recommended, as it can leave a residue accumulation on the interior of the firebox. Mechanical gas starters also are not able to be used inside a wood stove.

I have a wood burning fireplace. What would you recommend to ignite the wood?

We would suggest a product such as the Package of 144 Safe Lite Fire Starter Squares.
