This package comes with a double-wall chimney pipe for wood, oil, coal, and category I gas appliances. Stainless steel walls are insulated with 1" of specially designed Secura-Plus 2 insulation. Floating flue protects against chimney fires and the dimensions include a 6" inner diameter with an 8" outer diameter.

What is the difference between ASHT pipe and regular pipe? Do you only sell ASHT secure class a pipe?
Security only offers the ASHT+ as their UL103-listed chimney system in the U.S. with ASHT standing for "All Stainless High Temperature." This is simply the branding given to this particular UL103 chimney system offered by Security and choosing this brand of chimney would purely be a preference when installing a wood stove or hearth stove that calls for UL103-listed class A chimney of a given diameter. You could also choose Simpson DuraVent's DuraTech or Selkirk's SuperVent as your chimney system of choice all share the same product listing. The only occasion where the brand of UL103-listed chimney would not be a choice is when installing certain brands of high-efficiency EPA fireplaces a.k.a. Hearth Stoves or Built-In Stoves that are only tested with a specific brand of UL103-listed chimney.
