What is the difference between the 2309 and 2310 models?
The 2310 uses LED lights where the 2309 uses candlelabra style bulbs. The log set has a more charred appearance and glows on the 2310.

We purchased this insert for our wood burning fireplace it arrived damaged and from our first request for placing a warranty claim the customer service department kept us in the loop regarding the status of our claim. We did receive the replacement glass that was damaged during shipping and are pleased with the insert, it’s look and the ease of setup.
Pros
Insert fit perfectly into our fireplace opening, it was easy to install and the look of a burning fire is pleasing.
Cons
Would have like a more powerful heating element.
