What do I need to make our current fire pit gas, besides the round ring?
By Collin C. - NFI Master Hearth Professional on June 10, 2013
Answer:One fire pit burner, pan, and gas valve will be needed to complete your project. We have numerous options that can be used. To narrow the selection, you will need to know the exact width or dimensions of the fire pit opening and if the pit be supplied with natural gas or propane fuel?

I have a wood burning fire pit that is square, however there is a round insert that is removeable in the table but it broke and I just want to replace the round insert for the fire pit not the whole fire pit. Where do I go to find a wood burning round insert for my square table fire pit?
By Chris C. on April 7, 2016
Answer:Unfortunately, we do not have just the firepit bowls to be ordered. You may work with a local metal company to have a new insert fabricated.

Do I have to have a fire pit pan with this 24" fire ring?
By eFireplaceStore on June 19, 2014
Answer:A pan does not have to be used with a fire ring, as long as the ring is properly supported. The primary purpose of a pan is to hold decorative media around the ring, especially if there is a good deal of open space beneath the mounting location of the ring.

What is the proper size deck mat for a 19" tall, 32" square fire pit?
By Collin C. - NFI Master Hearth Professional on May 6, 2013
If not specified by the manufacturer, it is recommended to have at least a 6 inch apron of protection around the fire pit. In your case, that would mean a 44" x 44" square. Unfortunately, we do not offer a square deck mat in this size. We do offer the Goods of the Woods 54 Inch Round Protective Deck Mat - Black
, which would offer ample protection. I apologize that we do not carry a square mat in the needed size.

I am interested in buying the Grey River Rock media kit for our Napoleon firepit (we already have the pit - we just want to switch the logs to rocks). Do you sell this? If so, what is the price including shipping? How do I order?
on November 9, 2012
Assuming you are talking about the Napoleon Linear Patioflame Gas Fire Pit (found here
), we do indeed have the river rock kits available in gray or a multicolored kit. You can find them on that page linked above within the "Accessories" tab located just to the right of the item description.
Both kits ship free within the contiguous United States. If we are shipping outside of Tennessee, you would not be responsible for any sales tax, either. You can order online by simply adding the kit you like to your shopping cart and checking out. Here are direct links to the kits:

We have a wood burning table with a fire pit. The pan where we actually burn the wood has rotted out. Do you sell replacement parts? We have a 22"/23" square pan in the table.
on November 9, 2012
Answer:While we do sell some replacement parts for existing products, I do not have a square pan with those dimensions. Do you have any manufacturer information or a model number for the item? This may allow me to special order something for you. Please advise at your convenience.
