The Imperial Starter Joint is perfect for any job where rigid pipe is required. This joint is made of 24 gauge steel to ensure durability and is available in two different lengths. The Imperial Starter Joint requires an 18 inch clearance to any combustible, and you have to remember to deduct 1-1/2" for the installed length. As long as you do that though, you will find the Imperial Starter Joint to be an excellent piece for any piping job where rigid pipe is required.
