Please note that this item is simply a display table designed to be used with Napoleon's GPF Patioflame. You may find this firepit by following the below link.

This table does not allow for the storage of a propane tank.

Does the standard/stainless top have the round cut out for the patio flame fire pit. Also, when the pit is installed will the top edges of the pit be flush with the top of the table, be recessed, or stick up higher than the table top?
By Kevin E. - Fireplace Specialist on April 12, 2012
Answer:The stainless steel top is indeed made to receive the Patioflame firepit. When installed, the firepit edges will stand just an inch or so above the table top.

I am interested in this table and would like to add my granite tile for the table and stacked stone panels on the sides. Do you think that is something that would work on this frame?
By Kevin E. - Fireplace Specialist on February 14, 2012
Answer:Napoleon actually manufactures a black granite top for this table. So, a granite tile top would work just fine. However, stacked stone for the sides may cause issues. Most outdoor units require venting along the sides to draw in combustion air. Stacked stone panels may restrict the flow of air to your firepit thereby causing an undesired, inefficient burn.

What material is the Standard table top (non granite), and what color is it. It's hard to tell from the photo.
By Collin C. - NFI Master Hearth Professional on March 22, 2012
Answer:The standard table top will have a brushed stainless finish, just the same as the sides of the unit.
The table top does not have a stainless veneer, but rather is manufactured from a solid stainless steel panel, guaranteeing longevity of the table.

Is it possible to partially enclose this unit with wood, perhaps leaving 6 inches or so at the bottom for circulation? Is this unit safe for wooden stained decks?
